• Initial 2-hour consultation

  • Have a Google Meet or Meet in person for a quick bite or coffee to talk about your dreams

  • This meeting will cover the 20 Steps to planning Your Dream Day.

  • At the end of the meeting, we will have a good idea of the style and themes of your wedding.

  • I will type up all of the notes from our meeting and send them to you.

  • If you choose to book me, I’d be honored. If you chose to go elsewhere, I will still send you the notes from our meeting to help you and your chosen Event Planner.

  • What is something that is a non-negotiable for Your Dream Day?

  • What is the ONE thing you have been dreaming of?

• Vendor Contacts - I will research vendors that fit with your dream, and then present 3 from each category for you to consider. I will set up appointments for you and attend them with you to take notes, ask questions, and guide you through the meetings for the following vendors/elements of the planning.

• Rehearsal

  • Conceptual Rehearsal a few weeks before the wedding. We will “walk” through the entire day in our heads with notes, diagrams, etc.

  • Set timing of processional

  • Line up bridal party

  • Rehearsal the week of the wedding with the wedding party

  • The point is to work out all of the kinks before the big day.

• Ceremony

  • A planned-out, detailed order of the event you have been dreaming of and wishing for your whole life as rehearsed.

  • Direct the seating of the families, the processional, and the recessional.

  • Assist with photos before and/or after ceremony.

  • From start to finish including the vows, unity ceremony, special music, etc.

• Reception

  • Entrance of the Bride and Groom​

  • First Dances

  • Toasts

  • Cake-Cutting

  • Bouquet/Garter Toss

  • Send-Off

This package is just the rehearsal and day-of events. I will help you determine the style and feel of your ceremony. It is Your Dream Day; I just have the honor of helping you make your dreams a reality.
